Captain Wallace LIVE! Show
Many years ago, Dan Monroe donned an old coat, foam pirate hat, and an eye patch and created the Captain Wallace character. His wife came home from work to find the walls covered with green fabric and Dan, aka Captain Wallace, recording segments with a little digital camera. These early videos can still be found on YouTube. Now, these many years later, Dan Monroe has partnered with the Public Media Network (PMN) so that Captain Wallace and his friends can return to entertain children and adults with magical adventures on television and the internet! Ahoy for Adventures!
Captain Wallace is a character who lives in the digital worlds of the Internet, or "Innerwebs" as he calls it. He is a character who was designed and created for a video game project but somehow his files were lost and he was cast "afloat" on the tides of cyber space for many years, until one day he awakened! Upon waking, the Captain found that he is in full possession of his magics and the full knowledge of his situation. He will often enlist the help of adventurous children as he travels the cyber tides in search of adventures and treasure! Ye can be find'n the Captain's adventures at the Public Media Network.
